The Story Behind HC Culinary
CWWith over 12 years of culinary experience, I have dedicated my career to creating exceptional dining experiences that celebrate the art of food. Through working in various quality restaurants around Dublin ranging from world renowned FXB Steakhouse to Michelin awarded Circa My Solo journey began at Belmont Demesne, where I honed my skills and developed a passion for crafting dishes that bring people together through fine dining, hearty cafe and event/wedding space . This initial venture laid the foundation for my culinary philosophy, emphasizing the importance of sustainability and local sourcing.
Following my time at Greystones, I moved on to members club catering with contracts in two of Dublin’s high end golf clubs, woodbrook and Old Conna, where I have the opportunity to explore innovative flavours and techniques. The recognition I received, including the prestigious Michelin Plate, inspired me to push the boundaries of my culinary creativity. This experience allowed me to refine my skills in menu design, seasonal cooking, and event catering, all while maintaining a commitment to high-quality ingredients sourced from local farmers and producers.
As I expanded my culinary services into catering, I embraced the challenge of bringing my culinary vision to a wider audience. Whether it’s an intimate gathering or a grand celebration, I strive to create memorable experiences that reflect my culinary values and passion for food.
